~Wholesale orders are for businesses only~
Bulk ordering for individuals is available by contacting info@giftthebambino.com.
~ Ordering & Payments ~
There is a $150 minimum for your initial wholesale order. Subsequent orders have a minimum of $50.
Orders may be placed through GifttheBambino.com (website) or through mail. Your store will receive a unique URL (web page) from which to order (see application below for example) and any exclusive cakes or products will be shown only to you from this page.
Payments may be made through PayPal using a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Check or Money Order is also accepted. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Personal checks are accepted with a 7-day hold on your order. Until further notice, checks must be made payable to Lauren Dillard-Shoffner with Gift the Bambino in the memo line.
If you are paying through PayPal/via credit card, Gift the Bambino accepts 3 different payment schedules as follows:
- Payment in full at time of order. (This is the default when ordering online)
- One half of payment is due at time of order. The other half of payment is due before fulfillment date (given when your order is processed).
- One half of payment is due at time of order. The other half of payment and additional 5% fee are due within 30 days.
If you are paying by check or money order payment in full is due at time of order.
Late Payments (made after 30 days) receive a 5% charge per 30 days thereafter.
Excessively late (6 months or more) accounts will be denied further ordering privileges and subject to a 20% charge.
~ Ordering Through Drop Ship~
We offer special incentives (such as exclusive products and no Drop Ship fee) for our wholesale customers who stock products and buy in bulk. However, if you prefer to offer our products through drop shipping that service is available to you.
- We provide quality photos and descriptions for you to use on your site.
- We will ship orders promptly after payment is received.
- You may include your own invoice, which we will print and include with each purchase at your request.
- We will keep you up to date when product stock is low.
*Drop Ship fee is 18% per order.
~ Pricing & Minimums ~
Average pricing is included in a PDF available to you through email or via our website. Due to the custom nature of our products, unique pricing may be available to your company. Before ordering, make sure you’ve discussed the details of your order if custom items are involved. Pricing for your specific products will be available to you through your own URL on our site. We provide a wide range of prices for a variety of retailers.
Minimums are included in the Wholesale Information sheet. Cake and cupcake minimums can be cut in half by adding 20% to the wholesale cost. Please email for more information.
~Exclusive Cakes~
Your store is eligible for exclusive (sold only to your store) cakes if you are direct-buy wholesaling. Exclusive cakes are not eligible for drop-shipment retailers. When designating exclusive cakes, we maintain that the overall style of the cakes will be exclusive to your store. Exclusive cakes WILL contain items that can be found on or in other cakes, but placement and overall style will vary. We guarantee that the exclusive cakes for your store will be noticeably different and unique. Your approval is required before exclusive cakes are ordered.
~ Lead Time & Shipping ~
Lead Times are included in our Wholesale Information sheet and range from 1 week to 4 weeks. For small or excessively large orders we will contact you with an adjusted lead time. We strive to provide the best for our customers and retailers, delays are unlikely, but in the event of a delay you will be notified as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges are flat rate based on the amount of your order. Shipping charge overages of $3.00 or more will be refunded as a balance to your account with Gift the Bambino. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included in the cost of shipping. Most orders will be shipped via USPS. You will be able to choose between USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) and UPS shipping when ordering.
Gift the Bambino Wholesale cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items/packages during shipment. Insurance is included on all wholesale orders.
~ Exchanges & Returns ~
In the unlikely event that there is an error with the products you receive, exchanges are available by contacting us. We must have a detailed reason for the exchange and return shipping costs are not covered by Gift the Bambino. We will, however, cover the cost of shipping back to you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we reserve the right to exchange your original item with another style when necessary. We reserve the right to deny requests for exchanges. Notification of your intent to exchange an item must be received within five business days of your order delivery.
Under most circumstances, we do not accept returns on wholesale items. If you would like to submit a Request for Return, it must be done within 5 business days of your order delivery. Request for Return forms can be found on your company’s Gift the Bambino site. Gift the Bambino reserves the right to deny the Request for Return at our discretion.
~ Terms & Conditions ~
Items purchased for wholesale must be sold at or above the published Suggested Retail Price, with the exception of short-term sales and promotions. Our definition of short-term sales and promotions are less than 1 month.
Gift the Bambino Wholesale reserves the right to terminate the wholesale account of any Authorized Distributor at any time and for any reason, with prior written notice. Gift the Bambino also reserves the right to refuse to sell to any party.
Product images and descriptions will be provided, however you may also take pictures of the products to use on your website, catalogs and store promotional material, if you would like. Images must be uploaded to your own site and hosted on your server. We reserve the right to request low quality images of our products be exchanged for photos provided by Gift the Bambino.

Gift the Bambino is not responsible for misuse of any of the items included in our products. Each product includes a suggested use sheet and instructions for items that are purely aesthetic. Gift the Bambino is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the fabric, lotions or other items that might be included in our products.
